How do I place an order?
You can order online through our shop by clicking here, or visit us in store to place your order in person!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments from all major credit and debit cards, including: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Visa Electron, Switch/Solo, UK Maestro.
We also accept payments through payment gateways like PayPal, Cardstream and Bank Transfer.

How do I send my files for printing?
You can send your files by email to [email protected], please ensure you include your order ID. You can also send them to us by clicking here.
Which file formats do you accept?
The file formats we accept are: .jpg, .svg, .tiff, .pdf, .png, and .eps. However, we prefer pdf that does not contain fonts.
Do images need to be in RGB or CMYK colour?
All artwork must be in CMYK colour mode.
I like your prices but what if I need a different paper?
We can print on a paper of your choice, please get in touch via [email protected] and we will be happy to help you.
Will the colours be exactly what I see on my computer screen?
Not necessarily, it all depends on the colour profile that is set for your screen. If we receive a file and the screen output colours is drastically different from the printed out, we will alert you before continuing with the full printing of the order.
To be on the safe side convert your artwork to CMYK colour mode and use a colour wheel to match the colours in your artwork so you will have a better view of what your printed artwork should look like.
Do you offer a print only service?
Yes, we do offer print only service i.e. without finishing or design. For more on print only services please email [email protected] with any questions.
How long will it take to process my order?
We are a 24 hour online printing service company therefore most orders are processed within 24 hours, in some cases even the same day (that's less than 8 hour printing service).
How do I prepare my artwork?
Format and Resolution
Please send your artwork as .jpeg, .tiff, .pdf, .svg, or png. All file formats must have a minimum of 300 dpi resolution. The images designed for the web are done at a low screen resolution of 72 or 96 dpi.
Print images need to be created at a minimum of 300 dpi or there will be a substantial drop in the image quality.
Colour Mode
All your artwork/images must be provided in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) colour mode with the colour saturation between 15% - 240%. All black and white artworks and/or images must be provided in grey scale colour mode.
Document Size/Measurement
Please be sure to recheck your document to ensure correct measurement is obtain on printed document.
A minimum 3mm bleed is required on all documents. e.g. for A5 Flyer of finished size: (148 mm x 210 mm), artwork must be: (154 mm x 216 mm).
